Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Grease and line loaf pan(s) with parchment paper
  2. Cream shortening and sugar
  3. Add eggs and cream till fluffy
  4. Add bananas, salt, baking soda and flour. Mix well.
  5. Preheat oven to 350F
  6. Pour banana bread into the pan(s) leaving 1/4 from the top empty to allow for rising.
  7. Tap the pan(s) a few times on the counter to even out the mixture
  8. Bake ~30-45 mins (tops begin to brown), cover with tinfoil and continue baking for ~15 mins
