Blueberry Crunch
Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Put blueberries into a 8” glass dish and sprinkle with sugar.
- In a seperate bowl mix together flour, oats, cocnut, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Rub in butter until crumbly then sprinkle over berries.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
