  1. Blend Chickpeas and Almond Milk
  2. While Chickpeas are blending melt Chocolate Chips in 15 second increments, stirring between each
  3. Mix melted Chocolate with Chickpeas and Milk
  4. Mix in sugar and salt
  5. Add in Vanilla, Apple Cider Vinegar
  6. Move mixture to a large bowl and add Flour, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda
  7. Mix all ingredients
  8. Scoop into small muffin cups and bake at 350° for 5 minutes, then turn and 5 minutes
  9. Remove from pan and let cool
