Coconut Balls

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar
  2. Mix in cream
  3. Mix in coconut
  4. Roll into bite size balls and freeze for 1 hour
  5. Melt chocolate with parawax or shortening
  6. Dip chocolate balls in chocolate making sure to shake off any excess chcoclate
  7. Place on wax paper and freeze
  8. Serve from the freezer
