Coconut Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 tin cream
- 3 cups coconut
- Chocolate for melting
- Parawax or shortening
Instructions
- Cream butter and icing sugar
- Mix in cream
- Mix in coconut
- Roll into bite size balls and freeze for 1 hour
- Melt chocolate with parawax or shortening
- Dip chocolate balls in chocolate making sure to shake off any excess chcoclate
- Place on wax paper and freeze
- Serve from the freezer

- Use metal cookie scoop to help form balls
