Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Cream butter
2. Add sugar and beat until smooth
3. Beat in vanilla
4. Stir in flour and salt
5. Chill dough at least an hour
6. Roll and cut dough
7. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes
