  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
  2. Cut in butter with a knife, then rub until mealy
  3. Mix in milk and raisins
  4. Roll out buns and place in a parchment lined 9x13 pan. When full use a small fork to lightly press the buns down a little
  5. Bake at 350°F until golden - about 25 minutes
