Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 Tbsp white sugar
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 pk. vanilla or chocolate pudding mix (small pack)
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cups white flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cream butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding mix
3. Add eggs and beat
4. Mix in flour and baking soda
5. Stir in chocolate chips
6. Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet
7. Bake for 10 minutes turning pan halfway through
8. Let sit for 5 minutes then remove and place on a cooling rake

• Makes 2 dozen
• If using whole wheat flour add 1/4 cup milk
