Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
- Ground beef (or chicken)
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Dark cabbage leaves
- Rice
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (small) can of tomato soup
Instructions
- Scald cabbage leaves
- For every lb of ground meat add 1 cup of rice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Roll meat mixture into oval shapes and wrap in cabbage leaves
- Place in casserole dish and cover with 1 tin of tomatoes and tomato soup. Add water.
- Cook at 350°F

- Best when served with riced or mashed potatoes
