Coconut Curry Soup
Ingredients
- 60 g (1 package) coconut cream powder
- 2 to 4 cubes vegetable bouillon
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Pinch of cayenne
- 2 handfuls of rice noodles
- 2 handfuls of dehydrated veggies
Instructions
At Home
- Combine coconut cream powder, bouillon, curry powder and cayenne in a baggie
- Combine noodles and dehydrated veggies in another baggie
At Camp
- Boil noodles and dehydrated veggies, in 4 cups of water, until tender
- Stir in coconut cream mixture
