Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.
- Combine milk and egg together in a separate bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Stir in melted butter and vanilla.
- Fry in frying pan with olive oil.

- Yields: ~12 pancakes
