Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
Balls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2/3 cup milk
Sauce
- Concord grape jelly
- Chili sauce
Instructions
- Mix together ingredients and form into balls
- Boil in water, drain and place back in pot
- Mix together sauce
- Pour sauce over balls and simmer
