Welfare Soup

Ingredients

• 3 large potatoes
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 can of water
• 10 oz bologna
• milk
• butter
• salt

Instructions

1. Peel, rinse and chop potatoes and boil in a large pot of water
2. Cut bologna into 1/2 inch chunks
3. Put tomato soup and water into a medium sized pot, add the bologna and bring to a boil
4. Mash potatoes adding warmed milk, melted butter and salt to taste while mashing
5. Serve tomato soup and bologna over mashed potatoes
